Production: Assembling the Game

The game had to be assembled in a way that could fit into the box neatly and understandably, as to improve the user experience.

Foam was used for the packaging, padding the box and filling much of the negative space.
Using a scalpel, the stencil for the elements of the game were cut into the foam and then on a piece of card that was glued on top for sturdiness.

Spacing was worked out so the overall aesthetic was clean. This whole process was tricky to do, however the design understands that this is just a prototype and in industry there would be better equipped machines doing this.

The measurements ended up being spacing of 2cm - cards 6cm in width, sphere circles 6cm as diameter of 7 means they fit in place but with space to not sink.
